We are so excited to introduce Kinfolk & Kompany, a brand-new event venue conveniently located at 525 Nostrand Avenue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Our goal is to provide our clients with an extraordinary and unique experience for each and every life event. Our venue comfortably seats 80 guests and is approximately 2,000 square feet including a private and beautiful outdoor area. Our all -white canvas can be easily decorated and customized to enhance your theme and bring your vision to life. Kinfolk & Kompany Event Venue is wheelchair assessible and features modern amenities including a baby changing station, electric hand dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium speakers, central heat and cooling, 14 ft. LED food and beverage prep area that includes a commercial sink, refrigerator, microwave, and cabinetry for storage. We would be honored to host your birthday celebrations, gender reveals, baby and bridal showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, photo shoots, engagement dinners, weddings/receptions, rehearsal dinners, intimate dinner parties, brunches, paint and sips, corporate and private events, religious gatherings, pop up shops and so much more! Event & Decor Packages
3rd Generation Package (Mon-Thurs: $1,400) (Friday & Sunday: $1,600) (Saturday: $1,800)
The prices listed above are based on an 8-hour venue rental. Hourly rental options are also available for those needing a shorter event. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event.
Your rental includes tables, elegant Chiavari chairs, a spacious 14-foot food and beverage prep area, refrigerator, microwave, commercial sink, beverage cooler, food warming racks, complimentary premium Wi-Fi, and access to our beautiful outdoor space—providing everything you need to host a seamless and memorable event.
2nd Generation Package $3,000
Includes everything in the 3rd Generation Package, plus 9 hours of venue rental, a premium sound system featuring three Bluetooth speakers with a subwoofer, elegant table linens (available in black or white), coordinating table runners, table numbers, charger plates, and your choice of a luxurious white sofa or a white and gold or white and silver throne chair. This package also includes standard centerpieces, LED uplighting throughout the venue, a beautiful white dessert/treat cart, three cake and dessert display pedestals, and elegant LED accent lighting surrounding the perimeter of the bar to create a sophisticated and unforgettable atmosphere.
1st Generation Package $4,000
Includes everything in the 2nd & 3rd Generation Packages, plus a custom-designed personalized backdrop with or without a photo, a stunning foil curtain focal wall, premium draping and balloon décor in your choice of 2–3 coordinating colors, a plush area rug, and a 7-foot ceiling balloon installation. This package also includes a personalized welcome sign accented with balloons, personalized menu or thank-you cards, and premium disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, and drinkware for up to 100 guests. To complete your stress-free experience, our team provides full cleanup service, including the breakdown of all tables and chairs after your event, so you can simply relax and enjoy your celebration.
